Seniors in Motion

On Wednesdays, Fredericksburg Parks and Rec offers a Seniors in Motion class at the Dorothy Hart Community Center, 408 Canal Street in Fredericksburg (in the auditorium) from 1-2 pm

Ages 50+

 

Join us in a fun hour of motion and laughter as we engage in  movement, exercise, and games designed to boost health and vitality. All abilities are welcome to join in the fun! Chair yoga, chair dance, balance exercise, ribbon dance, drumming workout, games and so much more. 

Cost: $2 City resident/$3 non-City resident per session
